Harish Lakshman I am also having the same issue in my G Suite account. In G Suite account , in email the text replacement has stopped working but continues to work fine in Hangout on the same page. David Aguilera. I am also recently having the same issue. I suspect the email composer has been "updated" and is functioning more like Google Docs, which also doesn't support MacOS text replacements.
