The Licensee must have previously completed and returned the Licensed Software's registration card during the warranty period for any one of these remedies to take effect. This limited warranty shall not extend to anyone other than the original user of the Licensed Software. This Limited Warranty is void if any malfunction or error of the Licensed Software has resulted from modification, accident, neglect or misuse of the Licensed Software.
