I really liked how it came together. But this one the cheese sauce really clung onto the noodles.

    Secondly, I have made Mac n cheese in the past but never used egg as a binding agent, so second flaw was the dish was quite solid, not creamy gooey the way many want it to be. The most typical coffee husk is the K-Cup, made for Keurig and other equipments. Various other brand names on the marketplace are Easy Portion Coffee. If your Mac n cheese curdled you may have used skim milk plus did not temper the egg whisk it, whisk in hot liquid gradually before adding back into the sauce. Use half n half or cream instead of skim milk or soy milk- milk curdles at high heat, cream does not.
