Mac printing to Ricoh, I'm so close I can almost touch it - Printers & Scanners - Spiceworks
We have several Ricoh printers on our campus, and have had to resort to installing Gutenprint on all of the Macs that need to print. We are also using the User Codes to track printing by department. With the Macs, each time you print, you have to manually tick the 'Enable User Code' box, then input the user code. Not all of our Ricoh printers are capable of AirPrint. Then you share the printer you want to connect to off the MacMini.

I found this webpage describing in detail how to set up and use a Ricoh MFP. Notice that the usercode isn't saved in the Presets - you have to enter the code each time you want to print. The standard-preset is in colour and therefore the prints are canceled.
