You will need to be playing Fallout: New Vegas on the PC, and make sure that you have enabled the console. This is not a mod, but you will need to enter a few console commands in order to get the enclave power armor. These mods will only work for people who play the game on PC including Steam.
Go to the Fallout: New Vegas Nexus and browse their files. Download the ones you like, and then use the Mod Manager to incorporate them into your game.

I use wine to run my steam games. It's really simple to use.

Anything that uses the HL2 engine runs perfectly in Linux Open source Mac also uses open source, so you can install wine into Mac OS X. It might be wise to set the older fallout games to run in a Windows 95 or 98 environment. You'll just have to dick around with it. Pretty much, once you install wine and mount the folders you need to as virtual hard drives, you have the ability to open windows. After configuration, you just double click on the windows file you're trying to run, just like any other program file.

A mac could probably do this easy peasy. There should be a package manager you can use to acquire wine or any other linux based program you need.
