I don't have a Bizhub but would suggest that your issue could related to the protocol or the driver being used. With regards to the driver, the latest driver you downloaded may be a Postscript driver. If the printer does not support Postscript then this would stop the job from printing.

If the latest driver you are using is supported by the printer then the protocol you have selected when making the printer queue could be the issue. For IP printer queues, the default IPP protocol is not always supported by or enabled in the printer.
