You are right that they are in the correct order in Collections — but in Albums they are not. As this is an Apple product as opposed to a 3rd party photo organiser I would have expected consistency? For example in Facebook if I go to upload a photo, the screen then does order all the events in the correct order — it is literally only the Photos app that randomises them.
