Product details
It smoothens out the skin without making it look heavy. It barely offers a coverage but it gives that polished look to the skin. It does not settle in fine lines and since it is quite sheer, it does not get cakey at all. It does not make my skin shiny either. It stays on for 4- 5 hours and after that i feel the need to powder my face.
Also, it does illuminate the skin a bit but not in a shiny way. Comes in nozzle tubes , which helps in controlling the amount of product. As you can see in blended swatches, the product become almost invisible leaving a smoother looking skin behind.
These are best for those who want to neutralize the skin. I would use it till they last but may not purchase them.
Get Primed For Spring with MAC Prep + Prime Products
Although I do like them for how light they feel on my skin and make them excellent for summers but I am not too convinced either. A regular primer does a great job either ways. It is actually just the pressed form of the Prep and Prime and Prime loose powder that was available earlier in MAC inline range.
Full review HERE. It is actually excellent. It does not cast a whitish layer and the powder is very sheer.
Mac Prep Prime CC Colour Correcting Compact Powder Adjust Boxed
I find it excellent fir setting in concealer especially. Great for setting the overall makeup as well. Keeps makeup looking fresh for super long.

But yes, the compact would be travel friendly. MAC prep and prime powder……….. Adjust is a lovely shade of beige that can act as a setting powder or you can use it as a lighter foundation powder for a lovely brightening effect and a my skin but better finish. This shade fits my skin tone perfectly and works great as a little light coverage.
Illuminate is a great shade for those that suffer from dullness or tired skin. And finally Recharge adds warmth to medium or darker skin tones. It might work as a contour powder of sorts and although not terribly pigmented it does leave a bit of an orange cast behind when applied. Adjust, Neutralize, and Illuminate are shades well worth exploring! The texture of each is beautiful and ensures you not only get the benefits of a soft, silky silica powder to set makeup for long wear but you also get color correcting benefits as well! These are available now on counter or grab them at Nordstrom.
Recharge looks like it would be a great brightening shade for darker skintone, actually. This collection looks very interesting to me. Pretty please? Also, can you wear more than one. With the adjust you can get away with wearing it alone?
Picking the Best Foundation for Your Skin Tone
Can you please tell me what your skintone in MAC is? Thanks doll. Take care.
