It is almost a year and a half since I released StitchSketch, my first mobile app. I have been working hard on StitchSketch to make it reasonably complete tool and somewhat it's getting better. KG-Chart is almost 14 years old now, and I found it a little bit difficult to keep updating it, as the essential part of the code is based on my old library developed in 90s.
I still love my code base for sure - it has very solid feature and very comfortable expanding it, only if you are working on MS-Windows platform. So, I made a decision.
Cross stitch software makes it easy(er)
I want my application run on all the major platform. So, I have started developing my cross-platform library again to port StitchSketch to other platforms. Turn your own photos into charts - use clip art or images copied from the Web copyright may exist in these images so be careful if you wish to sell the designs afterwards From start to chart in minutes! And of course, the more artistic can design their own creations using little more than the mouse. What you see on screen is what you get on paper and cloth.

Today I tried out some of the things I learned and finally feel that with perseverance I can produce some worthwhile designs. The wings digitizing software is just fabulous. We use it multiple times every day and are also re digitizing the text on many of our older files as jobs are repeated. This improves our productivity on the machine and also gives better results especially with small close text. Our understanding of the programme has improved immensely since I last spoke to you.

It is one of the best investments we have ever made. Thanks for introducing me to this wonderful program…… I had a bit of a play with it and then printed out the manual and have been working my way through it. I am almost half way through. Then I will start on the wings program.
