How can we improve it? Send No thanks. If that isn't an option, what app will you use for email? Is there an Export option in that menu? Unfortunately that option doesn't seem to be there on this build. Looking on a different machine which is on a later build, the option is there however. Which mail app will you be using? Since Mail uses the mbox format, you may be able to import those files into another app that uses the mbox format?

We'll still be using Apple Mail. It was more a case of just getting the mail exported for backup purposes.
