If the total number of pages is odd, remove the last page Flip the pile of papers and insert it on the tray. Lri Lri I've found that for my printer at least a Brother HLCW , it's easier to: print the even pages first flip the pages so the printed side is up and put them back in the tray print the odd pages This way you end up with the pages in the correct order when finished and don't have to worry about selecting reverse.

"Two-sided" printing option grayed out in "layout" drop down of Canon MX700 printer
Still need help with duplexing Hi all, I have carefully read all the post on this thread to enable duplex. I did notice that the Two-Sided options have now been enabled and so selected the Long-Edge binding. I have also saved it in presets as Portrait Duplex as ozonnnn suggested. Unfortunately the printer still does not print double sided so I do not know what more to do. My printer is an HP Laser jet P, and just wondering if this is got something to do with specification. If the "Two-Sided" drop-down menu is greyed out, your printer may not support double-sided printing. Select "Long-edge binding" or "Short-edge binding". Select this option if you plan on binding your pages by the long edges of the paper. This would be the left and right edges if you are printing using portrait orientation. Select "Short-edge binding" if you plan of binding your pages by the short edges of the paper. This would be the top and bottoms of the pages using portrait orientation, or the left and right using landscape orientation. Your pages will now print double-sided.
