Expand Open with: section by clicking on the triangle on the left. Click the Change All You'll see a dialogue box asking you to confirm your choice. Click Continue. Close the Get Info window. However, the prevalence of Windows PCs means that sometimes Apple Macs can seem left behind, especially with the continued development of macOS as an app platform.
