I am using pop3 outgoing port 25 this works with wifi but if I change this to port when it tries to verifiy it says cannot connect to server so I have to change back to port I am not sure if the apn settings are correct. Thanks Tom, Have tried Talktalk setting but they will not work.
Am using port 25 at present, the same as I had on my iphone at least i can use with wifi. Iphone wortked ok without wifi but signal is realy rubbish hear so I changed to Cubot phone and ee service Signal is a lot better, just having probs with sending talktalk emails. May hve to change to gmail as My main service. Port 25 will most likely only work over the TalkTalk network which is why it only sends on WiFi. Hi Lee, yes internet works ok as well as apps. As i said my gmail works ok its just sending from my talktall email.
I am realy not sure what the APN is or does but i coppied them down from "the geek squad" for ee apn settings. Thank you XraySpex. I left ssl empy as you sugested also Tom22 told me to check ssl autherisation sign in. Took me a while to find what he was talking about but when I clicked "requires sign n " I was able to input my user name and password and hay Presto all seems to be working ok now.
