Mac OS X Theme on Windows XP and Windows 7
We contacted a WindowBlinds rep, who confirmed that even with the latest driver update, this system would not support all the features. Despite all this, we could still see transparent window borders on the laptop. WindowBlinds skins are not only able to change the look of your system, but also the sounds. The skin uses some transparency, but not so much as to cause confusion with text below the current window level. GT3 [7], by Tiggs, is a sleek black blind, and it comes with some industrial sounds. Looks Like a Mac!
Aquafying Windows
This is one of the cooler things you can do with WindowBlinds. There are several OS X style skins available.

One neat functionality thing about these skins is that they add the minimize-to-bar feature found on Macs. We actually fooled a Mac-devotee coworker with this blind. This skin lives up to its name, with extreme transparent per pixel window borders. The skin is up to version 2. WindowBlinds is a fun way to spice up your computing and may even impress anyone glancing at your screen. On top of the bragging rights, WindowBlinds is a strong way to really personalize your system so that it looks just how you want, to fit your unique personality.
Think of it as case-modding for software. We can highly recommend WindowBlinds, as it worked as advertised without causing any system instabilities or internal conflicts on either of our test systems. Also, be aware that you may lose some choices that you may be accustomed to in the standard Windows Control Panel applets.

The bottom line: If you spend a lot of time in Windows, why not have it look the way you want it to? Adding the spice of variety to that old Windows interface; more sophisticated graphics with per-pixel alpha blending; a huge store of Windows skins to choose from; use of graphics hardware to improve performance. May not look good with some apps; transparent skins may looked jumbled with content below them; interactions with some standard Windows Display Control Panel options problematic.
Because it is based in WindowBlinds, a Windows customization tool, you need to install that before the Mac theme can take effect. Luckily, both programs are free and easy to get started. Once downloaded, the initial theme is far from the only choice after you start delving into all of the tweaks you can make.
Including numerous Platinum, the Mac OSX Tiger, and Sabertooth, this theme has everything you need to customize your desktop to look like any type of Mac on market. Along with color schemes, wallpapers, text font, and transparency, the feel of the theme rests solely in your creative abilities. If you really want to be up to standard, feel free to also change out what side you want your button bar to be on.
Being a theme, the Mac OSX is not an operating system, and it will not affect your Windows capabilities in any way.

Because of this, there are also areas that are not exact copies. The start menu, for instance, is still a clearly identifiable start menu.
