I hope the previous suggestions have helped you out, but I had to add my two cents in defense of Xylems That being said, the CEO is not the most literate when it comes to operating a computer, and is most comfortable with Windows 7. For the record, I did set up the dual boot so OS X can still be booted, but this also takes up precious hard drive space. We will probably never need to log in to OS X on his MBA again, so erasing it completely probably wouldn't affect the computer other than freeing up more hard drive space and, of course, if we run in to a situation like this one It's really a moot point at the moment, as freeing up more hard drive space would mean a reformat and re-installation, which isn't necessary right now.

You can just reset the PRAM.
