Difference nc et nw mac

Since my skintone was getting lighter, those shades didn't match me anymore and it got darker on redder on me. For your skintone like the others said, NW43 would be your best match for you and I too am still on finding the right foundation shade for my skintone and good luck to you. Angel New member.

I used NW45 for yrs and it was too dark for me. Then tried NC50 much better match. Then today I just tried NC45 thinking 50 was on the darker side. Matchmaster 7. My issue is my face is much darker than my chest arms legs etc. MAChostage New member. I was just recently matched in NW43 Prolongwear when I went in specifically to find a summer foundation. This was the first time that anyone ever matched me to anything in NW, but it works superbly for me.

Can I just say that I'm so frustrated I'm in between nc45 and nc50 I can get away with nc 45 but I gotta warm it up around the perimeter lightly with msf deep dark. Match master 7. I tried the nw43 but n I was like oh yea oh yea then it oxidized and the red undertone was not the bizness I like the revlone colorstay in caraml and the 3 n 1 queen collection in golden honey I find myself reaching for them more often.

I was matched to be NC45 but its a smidge too orange for me so when it oxidizes I look like a pumpkin. Not cute.

I gave up giving MAC foundations anymore of my attention for other reasons beyond the mismatch coloring Its been a long journey for me trying to locate appropriate shades. Why limit yourself to MAC? It's so many brands out there! I've all but given up on mac for foundation. For all else it's mac.

No yar…i think age is catching up with me, im getting solid uneven-ness in my skin. Have had to totally revamp my skin care routine. This foundation sounds wonderful. I was in love with Studio Tech and when that got over, like an idiot I switched to Mineralise spf 15 the cream one.

Totally killed my love for MAC foundations. I had actually tried this foundation a month back and bought it today after reading your review! Now i am a complete novice on make up so went by the shop girls recommendation of a N3. She said that the one she used on trial was darker C something i think? Is that correct? I hope it can at least help in winters :. Hey dont worry this is not oily or heavy at all so should be great. But set it with a powder if u want it to last lng. So i asked this this girl in the MAC store, ambience mall vasant kunj about the shade issue. I was finding a good foundation since long time, will definitely try this one now..!! I ask because I read other reviews as well and this is supposed to have very low coverage. Do you agree? PS you make this foundation sound like a dream and if this is all that was used on your engagement makeup, I am getting this right now! Hey, This has low coverage, but the coverage is buildable. One layer is sheer, two layers is ok but three thin layers and its really a dream!!! I guess it depends on how much coverage u need. I dont need much. I ran out of my foundation and concealer a couple of days back and wanted to try a new one but ONLY after i read your reviews!

Hi Anjali, this is 2 thin layers…but my skin behaves pretty well on its own as well..
