Java is up to date too, but the problem is still happening. In Mac OS Current Adobe installers and applications were built before these changes to Mac OS and anticipate that Java is installed. When you start an Adobe application, you are prompted to install Java if it isn't already installed. Will this work with Mac OS This is for my 6th grade son. Customer review. Excellent for doodles I really enjoyed doing doodles and sketches with this tablet as the pen had a point for small details. The best part was that it was as light as a feather so it was easy to slip into my bag when I wanted to bring it along for doodling. Finally, it has been very useful for daily reminders. I purchased it for my kids to entertain them on a road trip. It worked great! It came with an extra battery which is awesome , magnets to mount on a fridge and an extra stylus. The price was great too. I've used Wacom tablets for years. I have to say the driver software gets worse and worse.
The touch ring commands don't do what they're supposed to half the time. Rotate page and Zoom on the touch ring just stops functioning. I have to restart my computer to get it working again.

This is in all apps: Photoshop, Affinity Photo, Pixelmator, etc. Nov , Thanks for the information. So far we did not notice this. But it has now been reported to our developers for fix in a future driver. I could escalate the case to our higher support so that they could notify our software developer about your concern. I did respond that this has been an issue for over a year since Yo came out , and on Oct 7, the same rep responded: Thank you for contacting Wacom Customer Care.
The issue has been reported and hope it will be added to a future driver release. I'm not keeping my fingers crossed With this version, after years of people complaining about it, that blasted Wacom Control Center application or whatever they called it isn't loaded every time you restart. I just loaded driver v6. Really bad! The computer hung every time I tried to restart, including immediately after installing the driver. After a bit of diagnostic work I identified this driver as the culprit, had to uninstall it which removed my settings—bad Wacom!
I've had a couple of other bad update experiences from Wacom drivers, but this one was miserable. Same here. What a Mess. Half a day lost in the terminal and the system library. Uninstalling the driver was not enough.
I've sent a support ticket to Wacom with no luck! Bad bad bad. New driver is Poop! I now use a Logitech mouse and the Steermouse driver and have more or less given up on Wacom ever coming up with a driver that works with PhotoShop and Xcode running on the same system. I have come to the conclusion that Wacom NEVER give update release notes because they are either too embarrassed to list the bugs or else they just plain have no idea what the update is for so they can't tell us, even on their own website. Come on guys, a little help here We'd like to know ahead of time before a little more of our lives has been wasted downloading 80 megs of pointless data.
Like 3. New Update " Ditto " except now The settings are completely non-functional. I have two monitors, but no matter how I set the "Screen Area", "Tablet Area", and "Force Proportions", it operates as though they were set to "Full", "Full', and off, respectively. I have a button set to work as a key modifier in a certain application Photoshop Elements , but that doesn't work either. Absolutely terrible. Beyond all the complaints here, I've discovered more evidence that Wacom's developers are getting careless and lazy or just plain less skilled over time.
